Jordan Binnington, Mackenzie Blackwood, Marc-Andre Fleury, Carey Price, Darcy Kuemper, and Carter Hart are all being considered for the three positions. Considering Price hasn't played this season and there's no definitive word of his return, it's unlikely at this point and time for him to be included. That of course, could easily change. For the others, Fleury, Kuemper and Binnington certainly have the inside track on the three roles, with Hart followed by Blackwood.
So far this season Fleury has struggled in Chicago as the Blackhawks have been one of the unfortunate surprises in 2021-22. While the team could easily turn it around, it's going to take a big first half of the season for Fleury to take the crease.
At this point, the favorite should be Binnington. He's playing solid, he's shown in the past he can win the big game and his character is perfect for a short tournament.
Keep an eye on these tenders. Team Canada's brass has some hard decisions to make and it certainly starts in the crease.
