Toronto Maple Leafs Top Prospect Injured During AHL Game
In Saturday's tilt, Toronto Marlies forward Nick Robertson was injured while playing against the Manitoba Moose. He took a big hit behind the net and stayed down on the ice. When leaving the game, he wasn't able to put weight down on his right leg. Understandably, he would not return to action.

He played six regular season games with the Leafs last season and recorded an assist. In 21 contests with the Marlies, he scored five goals and had 16 points. He also was off to a very solid start this season, as he had two assists in his first two games.
Robertson seemed like a player who the Leafs could have called up in the near future, but now, it seems that he may have a serious injury. Here's to hoping that it looks worse than it actually is and he can return shortly.
