Video: A Fantastic Return For Dylan Larkin
Detroit Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin had a wonderful return in last night's preseason game against the Columbus Blue Jackets. In fact, it couldn't have been much better. He scored two nice goals and added an assist as well. This was his first game since the neck injury he suffered last season.
If Larkin carries over this solid production to the regular season, he could be in for another very strong campaign. Last year was a hard one for the 25-year-old center, as he was limited to just 44 games. In them, he scored nine goals and recorded 23 points.Saturday night fever. 🤩#LGRW pic.twitter.com/RVWugCYrXH

Larkin has the ability to be a dominant scorer in this league, though, as evidenced by his 73-point campaign in 76 games during the 2018-19 season. If he can put up a season like that again, Detroit will certainly benefit from it.
Nonetheless, this seems like it should be a good sign for what's to come. It's just wonderful to see Larkin healthy again.
