Boston Bruins Head Coach Not Available vs Red Wings
The Boston Bruins will be facing off against the Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday night without suspended forward Brad Marchand and now also without head coach Bruce Cassidy who has been placed in COVID-19 protocol.
There's quite the situation going on in Boston as they are in need to call up some players but are unable to as their American Hockey League affiliate Providence Bruins are experiencing their own COVID outbreak.
Providence Bruins are in a bad way right now by the sounds of things. https://t.co/xik9GMLUlQ

The Bruins practiced on Tuesday and carried on with their business. Management has confirmed that Cassidy has tested positive and is experiencing minor symptoms. Tonight against the Red Wings, expect to see Joe Sacco fill in from his assistant post.
The Bruins sit 11-7-0 on the season and are coming off a hard fought game against the hungry Vancouver Canucks. Tonight's matchup against the Red Wings should be much of the same as the young Detroit lineup will look to take advantage of a short-handed Bruins squad.
