Brayden Point's Expected Recovery Time Announced
Over the weekend, the Tampa Bay Lightning announced that Brayden Point would be out indefinitely with an upper-body injury. When a player has an injury that doesn't have as estimated recovery time, it naturally can cause a lot of panic amongst fans. Yet, that no longer is an issue, as it's now been determined that Point will be out for the next four-to-six weeks.
It definitely is rough that Point will be missing a pretty decent amount of time, but it also is refreshing to know that it isn't as long term of an injury as it ultimately could have been.UPDATE: Brayden Point is expected to miss 4-6 weeks with an upper body injury.

Point was injured in Saturday night's contest against the New Jersey Devils. While on breakaway, Point was tripped by defenseman Ryan Graves and collided hard into the boards. Miraculously, he was still able to take his penalty shot attempt. On it, he beat MacKenzie Blackwood, but hit the crossbar.
For the next month, however, the Lightning will miss Point immensely. In 16 games this season, he has seven goals and 13 points.
