New Jersey Devils' Jack Hughes Set To Return
The New Jersey Devils have announced that forward Jack Hughes is set to return for Tuesday night's contest against the San Jose Sharks.
Hughes has not played since October 19th when Seattle Kraken defenseman Jeremy Lauzon injured him with a huge hit. The 20-year-old center sustained a separated shoulder following it, but finally, the Devils are getting their key forward back.Okay, it's happening. EVERYBODY STAY CALM. pic.twitter.com/etbn6cN79I

Hughes started off this season very well, as he had two goals and an assist in two contests. Now, he will be looking to keep that pace going from here.
Without Hughes in the lineup, the Devils have remained competitive. They currently have a 9-6-4 record and are sixth in the very deep Metropolitan Division. Therefore, they haven't struggled significantly, but also aren't in a playoff position, either. With Hughes back, maybe that can change for them.
It's great to see that Hughes is ready to go. He's one of the game's most entertaining young players and has all the tools to become a star.
