P.K. Subban To Have Hearing For Tripping Trevor Zegras
P.K. Subban once again has grabbed the attention of Player Safety. It was just one week ago when the veteran defenseman was fined $5,000 for "tripping" Calgary Flames forward Milan Lucic. Now, he has a hearing for doing the same thing to Trevor Zegras.
This is also the second player this week to have a hearing due to a play on Zegras. Montreal Canadiens forward Cedric Paquette was given a two-game suspension for boarding the youngster in Sunday night's contest between the two teams.New Jersey’s P.K. Subban has been slew footing people like crazy this season. In the preseason against the New York Rangers, he slew footed enforcer Ryan Reaves and of course did the same to Lucic, like stated earlier. It's rather clear that he also did it to Zegras, too. The man just can't stop and isn't learning his lesson.
Yet, with Subban having an actual hearing, he should finally receive an actual suspension this time. Three strikes you're out, right?#NJDevils defender PK Subban will have a hearing today for tripping Trevor Zegras. #FlyTogether pic.twitter.com/tjH0EHe8OM
