Seth Jones Records 300th Career Point

In Wednesday night's game against the Seattle Kraken, Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Seth Jones reached a new milestone. After receiving a beautiful pass from Alex DeBrincat, Jones scored and recorded the 300th point of his NHL career.

To hit this milestone, Jones played in 596 total games. In his career thus far, he now has 67 goals, 233 assists and of course 300 points. That's not bad production at all from a defenseman.

Jones has been off to an excellent start with the Blackhawks this season. In 16 games, he has two goals and 14 points. He is already halfway to the 28 points he recorded last year with the Columbus Blue Jackets in 56 games.

It's great to see Jones having a bounce back season. It was a real necessity, as the Blackhawks just signed him to an 8-year, $76 million extension after they acquired him. He's been proving critics wrong and it'll be fun to see how the rest of the season goes for him.
