Vegas Golden Knights Star Forward Set To Return
The Vegas Golden Knights have activated forward Max Pacioretty from injured reserve. With this, he could play as soon as Wednesday night against the Nashville Predators.
Pacioretty has not played with Vegas since their October 14th tilt against the Los Angeles Kings. Before sustaining his lower-body injury, he was off to a very good start this season. In two games, he had two goals and an assist.
This is excellent news for the Golden Knights, as Pacioretty is one of their best players and they are one stepcloser to being a fully healthy squad. Yet, there are still a few notable players out, as William Karlsson, Alec Martinez and Nolan Patrick are all dealing with injuries. Oh yeah, and recently acquired star Jack Eichel is recovering from his neck surgery.
Even with all of their injuries, the Golden Knights still have a solid 11-8-0 record. With that, they are 7-3-0 in their last 10 games, so getting Pacioretty back while they are already hot is a major win.
