Video: Kyle Palmieri Jumps Radko Gudas After Huge Hit on Brock Nelson

New York Islanders forward Kyle Palmieri had seen enough of Radko Gudas as the Islanders forward jumped the Florida Panthers defender after Gudas delivered a huge hit on Brock Nelson.

The play occurred Tuesday night during the Panthers hammering of the Isles 6-1 as the play happened during the early portion of the third period while the game was already out of reach. Gudas has a history of questionable hits and always tows the line when he plays, meanwhile Palmieri isn't someone who gets his hands dirty very often.

Nelson appeared to be ok after the hit meanwhile give Palmieri full marks for sticking up for a teammate. The top of his head may be a little sore today after receiving a few bops from Gudas. Roll the tape:
