Video: Landeskog Leaves Ekholm a Bloody Mess After Jumping Rantanen

It was a wild scene in Colorado on Saturday night between the Avalanche and Nashville Predators. During the second period things got crazy as Mattias Ekholm of the Preds decided to go after Mikko Rantanen of the Avs and Colorado captain Gabriel Landeskog got in the middle of things and took care of business.

Landeskog isn't quite known for his haymaking punching abilities but you would have never known considering how well he handled himself. It was obvious that Rantanen didn't slam into the goaltender on purpose so many are wondering why Ekholm was so aggressive with trying to get his bucket off in the scrum.
