Video: Maroon and Chara Drop the Gloves Off Opening Faceoff

Well it didn't take long on Monday night as Pat Maroon of the Tampa Bay Lightning and Zdeno Chara of the New York Islanders dropped their gloves seconds into the game.

The two big boys have fought multiple times now and you can bet your bottom dollar both players knew when they were announced in the starting lineups what they had planned. It's a big matchup on Monday between the Isles and Lightning as both teams should be in the mix to contend in the Eastern Conference.
