Video: Rangers' K'Andre Miller Scores Beautiful Goal

K'Andre Miller isn't necessarily known for being an offensive defenseman, but he showed Tuesday night against the Florida Panthers that he can be a scoring threat. The 21-year-old skated the puck end-to-end before going top shelf on goaltender Spencer Knight.

Taken 22nd overall in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft, Miller is viewed as one of the big pieces of the Rangers' defensive group. As a rookie last season, he scored five goals and had 12 points in 53 games. With that, he made the NHL's All-Rookie Team. Therefore, he's already left a strong impression during his short career so far.

In 13 games this season, he now has the one goal and also an assist. Although the offense hasn't been there yet, one has to wonder if a spectacular goal like this one will spark it. It seems the young kid could have the potential to take that next step offensively. He's already been quite good defensively thus far, hence why he's been given top-four minutes.

Nonetheless, that's the type of goal all hockey fans love to watch. Hopefully we see another goal like this one from K'Andre soon.
