Nurse last played on November 18th when the Oilers faced off against the Winnipeg Jets. Fresh off of signing an eight-year, $74 million contract, he's been excellent for Edmonton this year thus far. In 16 games played, he has recorded 11 assists and sports a plus-4 rating.THE DOC IS IN! ✔️

Even though the Oilers lost Nurse for a decent amount of time, they still are in a very good spot in the standings. At this juncture, they have a 16-6-0 record and are second in the Pacific Division. With Nurse now healthy, they should continue to remain this dominant moving forward.
