Video: Bruce Boudreau Wants Canucks Fans to "Stop Singing That Stupid Song"
The Vancouver Canucks and their fan base have welcomed Bruce Boudreau to town with open arms. The team hasn't lost a game since the new coach took over and the city is going crazy. However, one thing that needs to stop if you ask the new Canucks coach, the fans singing the 'Bruce, there it is' song.
For some reason, during the opening game of Boudreau's tenure in Vancouver the fans starting singing 'Bruce, there it is' much like the famous 90's tune, 'Whoop there it is'. While Boudreau loves the love, he doesn't think the song is appropriate and frankly has no idea what it means.
Here's the Canucks head coach talking about the song and the love he's received so far in Vancouver. From all accounts the players love his fresh new perspective and the results speak for themselves.
