Video: Jets' Mark Scheifele Records Hat Trick

Mark Scheifele had himself a remarkable game Saturday night against the New Jersey Devils. The 28-year-old center recorded a hat trick, but also did so with three fantastic goals.

Scheifele looked more like the star first-line center he has been throughout his career on Saturday. He's been off to a slow start this year, but a game like this one should help him get back on track. Not only did he score three goals, but he also added an assist, too.

In 17 games this season, he now has five goals and 12 points. It will be interesting to see how he performs from here because he looked absolutely unstoppable.

With Scheifele leading the charge, the Jets would go on to defeat the Devils by an 8-4 final score. Winnipeg now sports an 11-8-4 record, while New Jersey is 9-9-4 and are 2-6-2 in their last 10 games.
