Video: Trevor Zegras Flips Puck Over Net And Sonny Milano Bats It In
On Monday night, the Anaheim Ducks scored one of the craziest goals you'll ever see. While behind the net, Trevor Zegras made it seem like he was going to attempt the Michigan. However, he tricked everyone on the Buffalo Sabres, as he instead flipped the puck over the net to Sonny Milano and the latter batted it in.
During Anaheim's celebration of the goal, it was quite clear that Milano was immensely impressed by his teammate. His facial expression tells the story perfectly. You just don't see NHLers make these kind of plays too often, especially when they are rookies like Zegras.
On the season so far, Zegras has been spectacular, as he has six goals and 21 points in 24 games. Milano is also having himself a marvelous campaign, too. In 21 games, he has seven goals and 19 points. That great production from a player who was just on waivers earlier this season.
Alas, this is the kind of goal that will be talked about forever. All hockey fans should be impressed by it!
