Video: Alex Tuch Scores First Goal With Sabres
In Saturday afternoon's contest against the Boston Bruins, Buffalo Sabres forward Alex Tuch scored his first goal with the team. On the play, he received a sweet feed from Peyton Krebs and then buried it home.
The newcomers are looking mighty fine with the @BuffaloSabres!

Tuch of course was traded to the Sabres as part of the Jack Eichel deal with the Vegas Golden Knights. The Syracuse native was ecstatic about the move when it was made. Thus far, it's showing with his play, too. In three games with the team, he now has the goal and three total points.
It's also nice to see that Krebs was the player who set it up. Keep in mind, he too was a part of the Eichel trade. The 20-year-old was held off the scoresheet in his first 11 contests this season, but now he has broken the ice with this assist.
It wasn't all happiness for the Sabres on Saturday, though, as they ended up blowing a 3-1 lead before falling to the Bruins in overtime. With this, the Sabres now have a 10-17-6 record, while the Bruins are 15-10-2.
