Coyotes Officially Sign Prospect
The Arizona Coyotes have officially signed Jack McBain to an entry-level contract.
When the Coyotes acquired McBain from the Minnesota Wild on deadline day, it was apparent that a contract was going to be signed. However, it was not made official until now. With this, he can join Arizona from here.
McBain is coming off of an excellent season at Boston College. In 24 games, he had 19 goals to go along with 14 assists. It was by far his best college season, as it was the one time he was over a point-per-game pace. Thus, he is heading into his professional career hot, and that certainly should excite the Coyotes.
McBain also represented Team Canada at the Beijing Olympics, where he had one goal and one assist. Yet, his wonderful year is getting even better, as he is now a Coyote.
