Kings And Predators Complete Trade
The Los Angeles Kings have acquired Frederic Allard from the Nashville Predators in exchange for Brayden Burke.
This isn't the biggest trade of this deadline day, but it still has the potential to be beneficial for each team. This is the case whether they each stay in the minors or even get called up to the NHL.
Allard will provide the Kings with more depth on the blueline. He played in one game with the Predators this season, where he was held off the scoresheet and had a minus-2 rating. He also had one goal and four assists in 36 games with their AHL affiliate, the Milwaukee Admirals.
Burke, on the other hand, will give the Predators another potential depth forward. In 31 games this season with the Ontario Reign, he has six goals and 11 assists. He has yet to make his NHL debut but did have a 52-point campaign in 51 games with the Tucson Roadrunners just two years ago.
