NHL Rumors: Canadiens Shopping Center

According to Jimmy Murphy, the Montreal Canadiens are trying to trade Christian Dvorak.

Murphy noted from a source that the Canadiens were receiving interest around the league regarding Dvorak, but a move did not come to fruition due to his contract having several years left on it. However, with it now being the offseason, it could now be easier for the Canadiens to move the 26-year-old center. 

Dvorak just completed his first season with the Canadiens. In 56 games on the year, he scored 11 goals and recorded 33 points. Teams looking to upgrade down the middle should be calling Montreal with the team making the Illinois native. Alas, this is something to keep a close eye on this summer.
