Rangers Forward Inching Closer To Return
It appears that Barclay Goodrow is getting closer to returning to action for the New York Rangers, as he has begun skating again.
Goodrow has not played since the Rangers' first playoff game, and he's definitely a player they would love to have back in the lineup. He provides a bit of everything on the ice and put together a very good first season with the Blueshirts. In 79 games, he scored 13 goals and recorded 33 points. With that, he threw 130 hits and was a notable part of their penalty kill.
With the Rangers currently tied with the Hurricanes in the second round, getting Goodrow back before it's over would be big for them. Alas, here's to hoping that he continues to progress well and gets back into game action soon.
