Canucks Sign Prospect
The Vancouver Canucks have signed Nils Aman to an entry-level contract.
Aman was selected with the 167th overall pick of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft by the Colorado Avalanche. The Western Conference Champions elected to not give him an ELC, but now the 22-year-old has a new home in Vancouver.
Aman spent this past season with Leksands IF, where he scored six goals and recorded 14 points. Overall, it wasn't a bad year for the center, and he still has plenty of time to develop from here. We will have to wait and see if he ends up making Vancouver's forward group later down the road.
