Carter Hutton Announces Retirement

Carter Hutton has announced his retirement from professional hockey.

Hutton played only three NHL games this season with the Arizona Coyotes, where he had a 0-2-0 record, 7.76 GAA, and .741 SV%. He was also traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs but did not appear in a game for them.

Hutton put together a pretty solid NHL career. Although he was never viewed as a top-tier starter, he was a solid backup goaltender. In 235 career games between the Blackhawks, Predators, Blues, Sabres, and Coyotes, he had a 94-90-27 record, 2.76 GAA, and .908 SV%.

Enjoy your retirement, Carter!
