NHL Rumors: Blackhawks Listening To Offers For Former First-Round Pick

According to Elliotte Friedman, the Chicago Blackhawks will be listening to trade offers for Kirby Dach this summer.

GM Kyle Davidson made it known this season that the Blackhawks are rebuilding. Yet, even with this being so, they are open to the idea of moving a very young forward like Dach.

Dach took a step back this season, as he had just 26 points in 70 games. Keep in mind, this was after he had 10 points in 18 games the season before, so his pace of production has noticeably declined. Still, though, one could argue that it could be a bit premature for Chicago to give up on him. Yet, the possibility is clearly there with this report by Friedman.

Alas, we will have to wait and see if Dach gets traded this offseason. There will certainly be interest.
