NHL Rumors: Senators Forward Gaining Trade Interest

According to Erik Duhatsche, Ottawa Senators forward Connor Brown is another player who we could see moved this offseason.

Brown is about to enter the final season of his contract. Elliotte Friedman recently reported that Brown is considering the possibility of testing the free agency market. That also could lead Ottawa to move him now instead of potentially losing him for nothing next summer.

If officially made available, Brown would receive a ton of interest around the league. He provides a bit of everything, as he can is a solid point-producer who also can kill penalties. We will have to wait and see if Ottawa decides to move him from here.
