NHL Rumors: Sharks Goalie Could Be On The Move

According to Erik Duhatschek, the Sharks could trade James Reimer this offseason if they elect to use Adin Hill and Kaapo Kahkonen as their goaltending tandem for the 2022-23 campaign.

Reimer is entering the final year of his contract and carries a $2.25 million contract. The 34-year-old had a solid campaign for the Sharks, so interest in the Morweena native would certainly be there if officially made available. In 48 games, he had a 19-17-10 record, 2.90 GAA, and .911 SV%.

Reimer could be a solid veteran goaltender for another club to add, so let's see if he sports a new jersey in 2022-23.
