Blue Jackets Re-Sign Center

The Blue Jackets have signed Josh Dunne to a one-year, two-way contract extension.

Dunne spent the entirety of this season with the Cleveland Monsters. In 29 games, he had six goals, five assists, and 39 penalty minutes. The 6-foot-4 center is known for his physical style of play, and that could help him land a spot in the Blue Jackets' bottom six in the near future.

It will be intriguing to see how Dunne progresses from here. At a minimum, he should continue to be a solid contributor for the Monsters next season.
