Blues Sign Robert Thomas To Long-Term Extension
The Blues are set to sign Robert Thomas to an eight-year, $64 million contract extension, according to Frank Seravalli.
Thomas just had a breakout campaign for the Blues during the 2021-22 season, so it makes sense that they are keeping him around for a long time. In 72 games, he scored 20 goals and recorded 77 points. With Thomas also only being 23 years old, there's reason to believe that we have yet to see the best of him, too.
Nevertheless, this is a major move by the Blues. They are showing immense confidence in Thomas. Let's see how this massive contract ages from here.
