Robinson is a beast at 6-foot-5 and plays the game tough, never shying away from the dirty areas of the ice. The undrafted free agent appeared in 32 games last season with the Anaheim Ducks, recording one goal and six assists.

The Blackhawks announce they've signed forward Buddy Robinson. Robinson, 30, played in 32 NHL games and 28 AHL games for Anaheim last season. He's likely a veteran presence for the IceHogs.
