Kings Re-Sign Defenseman

The Kings have re-signed Frederic Allard to a one-year, two-way contract extension.

Allard was acquired by the Kings during the later stages of the regular season. He proved to be a good addition to their AHL squad, as he scored three goals and recorded 10 points in 15 games. Now, the 24-year-old defenseman will be hoping to impress and land himself a spot on the Kings' roster from here.

Overall, we will have to wait and see if Allard can make an impact for the Kings moving forward. At worst, he will continue to be a potential call-up option when injuries arise.
