According to Elliotte Friedman, the Bruins are "believed to have interest" in Vincent Trocheck.

The Bruins' expected interest in Trocheck is very easy to comprehend. Boston is in need of a second-line center and has been since the departure of David Krejci. Trocheck would be a notable upgrade over Erik Haula as the 2C, as he possesses more offensive upside. Furthermore, he also is well-respected for his defensive play.
