NHL Rumors: Capitals Interested In Ducks Goalie

According to The Fourth Period, the Capitals are linked to Ducks goaltender John Gibson.

Gibson's name has been thrown around the rumor mill since the end of the regular season. With the Ducks rebuilding, he is a player who they could look to move. If officially made available, it's very easy to see why the Capitals would jump all over that opportunity. Goaltending is the Caps' major weak point right now.

It will be intriguing to see if the Capitals end up landing Gibson before the summer is over. That would be huge for them.
