NHL Rumors: Flyers Interested In Canadiens Winger

According to the Fourth Period, the Flyers are linked to Canadiens forward Josh Anderson.

Anderson fits the description of an old-fashioned Flyer. The 6-foot-3, 225-pound winger plays a very physical game, while also being a solid point producer. In 69 games this season, he recorded 32 points and had a whopping 153 hits. With that, it's fair to say he played on the edge, as he had 65 penalty minutes.

The Flyers have made it known that they are looking to be competitive in 2022-23. Bringing in a player like Anderson would be a good way to help with that, but more is certainly needed. It will be intriguing to see if the Flyers end up winning the Anderson sweepstakes from here.
