NHL Rumors: Kraken Linked To Flyers Winger

According to David Pagnotta, the Kraken are linked to Flyers forward James van Riemsdyk.

JVR has entered the rumor mill this offseason, as the Flyers are hoping to free up cap space. Seattle is the kind of team that could take him on with ease due to their plethora of cap space. Yet, they likely would want Philadelphia to take on some of his salary in any hypothetical swap.

JVR is still a solid goal scorer in this league. In 82 games this past season, he scored 24 goals and recorded 38 points. Let's see if he joins the Kraken from here.
