It's an 8-year, $63.6M deal ($7.95 AAV) for the 22-year-old, who registered 16 power play goals of his 35 on the season.
Josh Norris, signed 8x$8M by OTT, is a top six sniper centre who provides the bulk of his value with his shot accuracy, powerplay contributions, and penalty differential. Not much of a passer and doesn't carry the puck too often, although he is active in the d-zone. #GoSensGo pic.twitter.com/DKdC9yxNXA

Norris tallied 55 points in 66 games, with a 20.3 shooting percentage.
“He’s a versatile forward who continues to mature into an exceptional NHL player," said Senators general manager Pierre Dorion. "His scoring prowess has already shown to be a considerable asset for us and one that will help us reach the next level. His dedication and the pride he takes in his physical conditioning will serve as a great example for our next wave of young players.”
