Sharks Sign Goaltender
The Sharks have signed goaltender Kaapo Kahkonen to a two-year deal worth $2.75 million annually.

The twenty-five year old put together a solid season split between the Wild and Sharks in 2021-22. In 25 games played for the Wild this past season, Kahkonen posted a .910 save percentage and 2.87 goals against average. He also had 12-8-3 record.
For the Sharks, Kahkonen played 11 games and posted a .916 save percentage, 2.86 goals against average, and a 2-6-1 record.
In his NHL career, Kahkonen has played 65 games, posting a 33-23-5 record, a .908 save percentage, and a 2.88 goals against average.
Reimer and Kahkonen will likely split time between the crease for the Sharks this upcoming season.
