Stars Re-Sign Forward

The Stars have signed Marian Studenic to a one-year, two-way contract. 

Studenic was a waiver pickup by the Stars during the 2021-22 season. In 33 games split between the Devils and Stars, he had two goals to go along with four points. The 23-year-old will likely continue to be a depth option for the Stars. 

Studenic is still a young player who has room for growth. It will be intriguing to see if he takes that next step in 2022-23 and cements himself as a full-time NHL player. Time will tell what happens on that front.
