Stars Sign Defenseman
The Stars have signed Colin Miller to a two-year contract. He will carry a $1.85 million cap hit.
Miller dealt with injury trouble during the 2021-22 season but was effective when healthy. In 38 games, he sored two goals and recorded 14 points. It's clear that he is capable of producing decent offense from the point, so this has the potential to be a solid low-risk, high-reward kind of deal.
Miller has a good amount of NHL experience, and that's never a bad thing. In 387 career games between the Bruins, Golden Knights, and Sabres, he has 29 goals, 107 assists, and 136 points.
