Carolina Hurricanes Sign Veteran Free-Agent Forward
The Carolina Hurricanes have signed veteran forward Paul Stastny to a one-year contract worth $1.5 million. TSN's Chris Johnston was first to report the news.

Stastny heads to Carolina after a very productive season with the Winnipeg Jets, posting 21 goals and 45 points in 71 games. The Hurricanes have added multiple pieces this offseason and continue to try and build a Stanley Cup champion.
