Arizona Coyotes Star to Play First Game Since Injury
While speaking with the media, Arizona Coyotes GM Bill Armstrong said that Clayton Keller is expected to play in Friday's preseason game against the Vancouver Canucks.
This is big news, as it is set to be the first game that Keller will play in since his 2021-22 season-ending broken leg injury. Naturally, all eyes will be on the star during this contest because of it.
Although the Coyotes are once again projected to be among the NHL's worsts this season, Keller is a rare light of optimism for the club. Thus, the 24-year-old being healthy is extremely important because he still has the potential to improve even further.
In 67 games this past season, he had 28 goals to go along with 63 points.
