Bruins Remove Reliable Defenseman from Injured Reserve
He's ready for his 2023 season debut.
The Boston Bruins have removed defenseman Matt Grzelcyk from the injured reserve, ahead of Thursday's game against the Anaheim Ducks.

Studnicka also in, at C, with Coyle shifting to the wing.
With the reliable defenseman back in the lineup, Anton Stralman is likely to get bumped from the blue line while Mike Reilly could see his power-play minutes take a dive as well.
Now that he's healthy, Grzelcyk looks to tack on another 20-plus point campaign for the fourth straight season. Known more for his defensive abilities than his offensive touch, Grzelcyk has posted a strong +78 plus/minus rating over his first five seasons in the NHL.
