NHL Rumors: Sharks Goalie Garnering Trade Interest

The San Jose Sharks are in deep trouble, as they have started the season with a 0-5-0 record and have not shown any signs of improvement. If this trend continues, their playoff hopes will become nonexistent and they naturally will be sellers this season. As a result of this, pending UFA James Reimer is already getting attention around the league.

This isn't foreign territory for Reimer, as he was one of the most-talked-about names in the rumor mill this offseason. Although San Jose elected to trade Adin Hill instead, Reimer will surely be dealt by the deadline if the Sharks continue to play so poorly.

Interestingly, although Reimer has a 0-3 record this campaign, he has still been quite solid, and the truth is in his stats. He currently sports a .919 SV% and if he keeps this up, there will be no shortage of teams making a push to acquire him.
