Bruins Make Roster Move
With Jeremy Swayman leaving Tuesday's game with an injury, the Boston Bruins have called up fellow netminder Keith Kinkaid to their NHL roster.
Kinkaid is certainly a solid third-string goalie, as he comes with a lot of NHL experience on his resume. In 167 career games, he has a 69-58-21 record, 2.92 GAA, and .905 SV%. The Bruins signed him as a depth option, and now the 33-year-old is getting called upon to be Linus Ullmark's backup while Swayman is out.
Kinkaid has been marvelous for the Providence Bruins, too, as he has a 2-1-1 record, .922 SV%, and 2.70 GAA. Let's see how the 33-year-old does for Boston from here.
