Dallas Stars Call Up Forward

The Dallas Stars have called up Fredrik Karlstrom from the Texas Stars.

Karlstrom appeared in his first three NHL games last season, where he had an assist and a plus-2 rating. 

Overall, the 6-foot-3 center did not do too poorly when called upon last season, and now he will be looking to make a bigger impact with the NHL squad in 2022-23. 

Karlstrom has four goals and an assist in 15 AHL games this season. Although he has not been too dominant offensively, his steady defensive play has made him a valuable piece of Texas' roster. Let's see if that now translates over to the NHL from here.
