Ducks Make Roster Moves
The Anaheim Ducks have made some switches to their roster. Glenn Gawdin has been called up to the NHL squad, while Pavol Regenda is heading to the San Diego Gulls.
With the Ducks sporting a 2-6-1 record, it makes sense that they are willing to spice things up. They will be hoping that Gawdin can provide a bit of a spark for them and help get them back on track. In seven games this season with the Gulls, the 6-foot-1 center has three goals to go along with three assists. A very solid start, let's see if it translates over to Anaheim from here.
As for Regenda, he has played in his first five NHL games this season, where he has two assists and a minus-1 rating. Overall, the 22-year-old forward has not been bad, but spending some time in the AHL isn't necessarily a bad thing for the youngster.
