Winnipeg Jets Forward to Undergo Surgery
Winnipeg Jets forward Morgan Barron is set to have wrist surgery and will be out for the next four to five weeks because of it.
This is tough news for Barron, as he has been off to a solid start for the Jets this campaign and making a case for himself to play third-line minutes. In nine games on the year thus far, he has a goal to go along with three assists. Now, this strong start will have to be put on pause until the 6-foot-4 recovers from surgery.
Here's to hoping that Barron has a speedy recovery and can continue to play well once he is good to go.
