Minnesota Wild Dealt Bad Injury News

According to Michael Russo, Minnesota Wild goalie Marc-Andre Fleury has suffered an upper-body injury and is set to be evaluated. At the time of this writing, a specific timeline for his return has not been announced.

The Wild currently sport a 7-7-2 record, which is far below what many expected of them at the start of the season. Now, they will be forced to turn things around without their starting goalie, and that is not ideal in the slightest.

Fleury has appeared in 12 games for the Wild this season, where he sports a 6-4-1 record, 2.80 GAA, and .906 SV%. While he is out, Filip Gustavsson will be taking over his role as the club's number-one netminder.
