Minnesota Wild Forward Set to Return
Good news for the Minnesota Wild, as Jordan Greenway is set to return for next Tuesday's game against the Los Angeles Kings. As a result of this, Minnesota has sent Steven Fogarty back down to the AHL.
Greenway was injured in his first game of the season after just six shifts. It was rough to see, as he had just recovered from being injured, and his return was taken away from him so quickly. Yet, now that he is good to go again, he will be hoping to make a big impact for the Wild. The 6-foot-6 imposing winger is coming off of a 27-point campaign in 62 games.
Fogarty, on the other hand, appeared in two games during his emergency call-up. During them, he failed to record a point and had an even rating. The 29-year-old will now be returning to the Iowa Wild, where he will be a key contributor and leader in the locker room.
