Minnesota Wild Place Forward on Waivers
The Minnesota Wild have placed Tyson Jost on waivers.
Jost has had a rough 2022-23 season, as he has just three assists and a minus-4 rating in 12 games on the year. With that, the Wild have scratched him five times this campaign, so perhaps this waiver placement is not too surprising when noting that players like Jordan Greenway and Marcus Foligno are back.
It seems more likely than not that Jost will clear waivers when noting that he carries a $2 million cap hit. Yet, when noting that he is a former first-round pick and has decent past success, perhaps there could be a team willing to take a chance on him. We will have to wait and see what happens on that front.
